Newbie from Boston - wedding in St. J next May

I am from Boston heading to St. John May 2010 for our wedding. We are getting married at Our Lady's of Mount Carmel with just the 2 of and another couple. We are staying at the Westin in a timeshare unit. We are unsure about where to have our post wedding celebration. We are considering Caneel Bay or Asolare restaurant (something intimate and romantic). Any suggestions or input on this is greatly appreciated along with any information on recommended photographers, videographer and florist. Thanks !!
