Corner Punches - Help!

Dude... I totally ditched making the little indents. But only after I was at the airport and analyzed Southwest and US Air boarding passes (obsessive huh). They didn't have the little indents so I figured I didn't need to waste any more time on trying to make them look good. I'm finishing mine this weekend and will post pics once they are complete.

But how did you cut out the other parts? The straight edges were a breeze, but what about the little indents? (Like curved triangles...u know what I'm talking about right? lol) I cant' seem to get that looking very good. Any tips would be great. Thanks!
