Where can I get this dress?

I just read a thread about knock offs and it made me think to ask about this dress. I love it! I found it on a Chinese website that makes knock-offs. I'm not opposed to this, but I'm nervous, I have read mixed reviews about the company. I would like to at least know the cost of buying it from the designer, but I can't figure out who it is. If anyone has seen this anywhere, let me know please. I would also like to try it on. I am also considering having it made locally. I would change a couple of things about it and it would obviously fit perfect, but we'll see. Thanks!

Oh my gosh! Thank you so much! Now if I can just find a boutique that carries it. I have called several already and so far no one has it. Fingers crossed!
