resort incentives for first stamp in passport

Just wondering if any of you ladies has heard anything for 2009 about resort incentives for having Jamaica as the first stamp in your passport.

I heard somewhere that certain resorts like the Riu, etc... will give you credit equal to what you had spent to apply for the particular passport. I checked the Jamaican travel and tourism site, but couldn't find anything.

I'm wondering about the RPTB because that's where our DW is and a all of our guests will be traveling with newly issued passports.

Anyone heard of anything?
