US wedding locations

My friend got Married in Ojai, CA (about 1 1/2) outside of LA and it's Beautiful up there! Santa Barbara is also really beautiful!

I want to thank everyone for their suggestions. We just got back into town from visiting family over the weekend, so now I'm going to start digging into these areas and hopefully, we'll find out where we want to go within the next month or so. I'm excited! I haven't been able to even get a weekend vacation in for the last 3 years, so I'm seriously in need of some R&R!!!

I'm late on this, but I was going to suggest the same as Glenda, Vermont would be a great place to see some really nice fall foliage and get away to a nice quiet place, they have a lot of B&B's up there.

 

Also, my other suggestion was New Hampshire, great foliage, lots of mountains, lake winnapasakee (sp.?) is gorgeous, you could also make it to the ocean while in NH, if you wanted to, it might be a little bit of a drive depending on where you were.
