hmm not sure - cream sounds scary to me...does it slowly rub it off or something? sounds painful - I would say try the dermatologist - they can numb it and get it off in one quick swipe without much pain at all.

Let me know how the cream works if you do that though!

I had skin tags removed from my neck and moles from my face couple months ago -- had it done by an esthetician. She used laser/cotorization -- hurt like a BITCH even though she used a topical anaesthesia but she removed a lot, stuff that wasn't even on the surface of my skin, she wore these xray goggles and saw what was underneath my skin and zapped that too (the result of a childhood in the sun without sunscreen on and also hereditary). But I will say the results were WONDERFUL and I would do it again in a heartbeat, I've gottten tons of compliments on my skin since then and ya can't beat that!!! She was really affordable $250+ and if you don't have much, I'm sure it will be much cheaper.

Go to a dermatologist. I just had 2 skin tags removed from my face that took about 2 seconds each - he did it with scissors. He also gave me a prescription cream to fade a spot on my face. He said if it doesn't work he would use a laser like MarieSam was talking about. I would always go with the professionals when it comes to things like this...the laser treatment leaves no scar...sometimes the fade creams can hurt and not do enough and it can look worse.
