Minnesota BD

Does anyone know of a good photographer in Minnesota who does BD photos? I keep finding creepy photographers or ones that just seem to prissy.

I am looking for something very tasteful.

Biff Ulm does great work - he is a photojournalist out of Brainerd but works in the Twin Cities alot. I haven't used himself but was planning a wedding up in Mn before Cancun and was going to to use him. He will travel though. I would email and ask him to see some of his work (he just changed his site so it's not up yet) - he seems very personable and helpful -- Good Luck

lol I felt the same way when I was looking for a photographer. I saw what Leigh did, and wanted something classy like that - but everywhere I looked it was nasty, trashy looking stuff... nothanks!!

 

I forget what the website is that Leigh suggested... I'll try to find it. Otherwise, I would ask her for her recommendation.

There are a couple listed for Minnesota. I could find a few more if needed.

 

I travel to Minneapolis pretty often so that might be a possibility too.

This is just what I needed too! I kept searching for BP photographers in VA and I ended up on some unfortunate looking sites [read: banjo playing in background and trailer setting kinda backgrounds] with pics that didn't encourage me in the least to use their services.

Stephanie... I am trying to line a session up with Christa Butler. She is willing to travel from Rochester to the cities, and pay for a classy room if we can get 4 girls to do it. We would have 1-2 hour sessions- totally private. It would be a good way to utilize a nice hotel room.. Right now I have a couple of girls interested. Any time between July and September works for us! Let us know....

Maybe, if we could get more than 4 she would drop her prices?
