I found these on Etsy. com seller name dandelionland. I will post my personalized one once she is done with it. I just ordered them yesterday. She can personalize eye color hair color skin color suit and tie dress and veil

I just bought our cake topper and I'm loving it!!!  Bought it off Etsy from a store called LoRustique ( http://www.etsy.com/shop/LoRustique )  It was great!  It did take a few weeks because I believe she is rather busy, but as long as you plan ahead you can get it in plenty of time.  She was super nice too!
