I ordered the topper on December 11th. I communicated with her prior but the 11th was when I sent her our pictures. She sent me a sketch the next day. I made the payment on Etsy after I received the sketch and she started work on the topper. She emailed me a few times to ask questions during production and then sent me a picture of the final topper on the 12th- so it took about a month to make. She is waiting for it to air dry and will ship it next Monday for a total time of 6-7 weeks, depending on how long it takes to arrive from Hong Kong.

Something very unconventional. We have a different one; we are borrowing the one FI's parents (and his grandparents!) used for our AHR. But we decided to go funky for our DW.

What do you think? Something kind of fun and very unique! Totally my FI's idea.
