Thx for this post! I so want to do this probably after the first (catholic) ceremony since it will be at night. I fell in love with these after seeing them in two movies: Disney's "Tangled" and "Hangover II".

I got one of these for my sisters graduation party. I found it at the dollar store and it was perfect because it had the pen state lion on it. It was one of the best dollars I had ever spent!! It was so cool everyone watched her light it and send it up into the evening sky. I knew I had to have them for my wedding!!!! I absolutely loved it and can't wait to get some for my wedding.

Love LOVE this idea! I think that as long as you get the biodegradable ones and send them off on the beach...they should burn out on their own...over the ocean.
As long as the resort approves - I'll look into this

wow..this is awesome...just don't know if my guests will 'get it' plus..it looks kinda dangerous..yet incredibly beautiful!
