MOH and BM speech?

Is anyone asking them to speak or just waiting to see if they have a toast on their own?

My MOH has already asked if I wanted her to give a speech and I said whatever she feels comfortable with (as I know she hates public speaking) so a toast is fine with me...our BM however may want to give a speech and we're ok with that too...

Our BM (FIs identical twin) will give the toast to the groom and I will ask one of my BM's to do the toast to the bride. I just don't know who I will ask yet. My sister is my MOH and she hates speaking in public, so thats why she isnt doing the toast. But yes, we are defnitely having the toast to the bride and toast to the groom.. plus welcome to the family from both sets of parents.
