I know I'm being nosey... But how much did you spend per person??

AND- I am tossing up between 2 kinds of jars to fill with tiny boiled lollies, either these ones-

Which are $3.50 for a 4 pack

OR these ones (which I love)

BUT they cost $4.95 for a 2 pack..

 

SO- the difference for 85 of them ends up being $135 (So only $77 for the first ones, and $212 for the second ones).

Am I being silly, and should I just get the cheaper ones?? or is $212 still fairly cheap? Keeping in mind I still have to buy the lollies.

If your really love the sevond ones then I would go with them. Yes, it is more money but if it will make you happier and you love them better then that is reason enough. This is something that is always suppose to be associated with your special day, so the momento should be that special. I too have gone over budget (ha, I think almost everyone has that problem), but we only are suppose to this once so do it to the best of your abilities.

I spent about $1.60pp having a gold plastic noodle box, filled with a mini mars bar, fizzers, fantails, a chupa-chup and a card with a poem.

 

I would go the cheaper ones - but that's cause I actually like the look of them more! They fit into people's houses better I think...
