Telling Everyone We're Having a DW

My fiance and I are drafting an engagement announcement to alert our most favorite people that we're planning on having a DW next year about this time. I'm so excited about starting all of the planning! We are still looking for the perfect place, and have not yet nailed down the exact day, BUT we know it's going to be May of next year, and probably in Mexico, & we wanted our guests to have at least 12 months notice. How do I tell everyone that we'd love for them to come, but that they shouldn't feel bad if they can't make it...? Any tips on announcing the exciting news? Thx!

I would send them a save the date once you pick your exact date and location..on it I would just have a "for more information visit our website at www...." and on the website you can put your little spiel on how you would love if they could come...

 

That way you don't have to fit it all on the STD
