I know I'm not helping the situation but after reading this I, too, began having an M&M craving so I went to buy a bag and ate them all! I am pregnant, though, so that's my excuse

 

I like the suggestion about the chocolate milk, I use to do that too when I was on my wedding diet because I always craved chocolate.

Well guys, I didn't give into my craving (b/c of all your support). Instead I ate my salad & fruit for dinner, worked out for 2 hours & lost 1 pound. So yeah for me Thanks again guys, I would have eaten those darn M&M's that were taunting me if you guys hadn't been there - so thanks so much!!!
