I really love this idea, a personalized hanky with it as part of the outfit

NICE personalized touch.

LOVE The blue / white penstripe w/ pink accents and ties.  This one is actually Chelsea's husband, Eric.  Chelsea is a BDWF vendor specializing in barefoot jewelry.

I love these shirts, very very easy to wear, lightweight and comfortable.

Can you say PATTERNS????  This groom's shirt matched the bridesmaids dresses closely with a nice green contrast on the groomsmen.

DARK outfits, contrast with the groom wearing white... Its pretty hot in the Riviera Maya, black is a hot hot color :)

Matt, whats your advice about shoes? my fiance (along with myself) is all about sandals with their suites (3 piece khaki "linen look" suite) but I've already had someone make a comment how the suite would be too fancy for the sandals/flip flops and to go with boat shoes.

I want to know this too! My FI is the only one wearing a jacket but my mom thinks flip flops and a suit will look terrible....I think it doesn't look as bad as it sounds.

This was the look I wanted for FI but he is not certain about it! I think it is a great way to infuse the casual in the "casual elegance" vibe of our wedding.  FI will be the only one wearing a jacket so I think the flip flops will lighten the vibe a bit.

If they really want Sandals / flip flops, its probably going to work out perfectly... I have noticed a lot of weddings with pretty formal / nice looking clothing and when it gets to the shoes + beachwear for weddings, every rule on the planet gets broken..  We actually have fun with breaking rules... Seen lots of white / natural color sandals here, let em run with it :)  Good luck!

Canadian Ladies still looking for suits... I was at Moore's yesterday and they just started an amazing promotion that runs til Aug 31st. Bring in any piece of mens wear to donate (an old tie, for example), and you get a coupon for 50% off your next purchase. The coupon is good for a month after you receive it. We have narrowed down our suit options to a couple of nice suits at Moore's - not linen, a nice, light weight suit. Regular price, its just over $400, but with this coupon, we will be able to buy 5 suits at just over $200 each! Amazing savings! And the nice thing about buying from Moores is that they are all over the country, so if you have groomsmen in different provinces they can get fitted and pick up their suits at home.
