Welcome Brenda! I am new to the forum as well and also considering Silversands. We are going for site visits in June to Silversands, Capri and Maroma so we can compare and make a choice.

 

What I like about Silversands is that it has a very modern look to it but I am hesitant as I have read a lot of bad reviews on Trip Advisor. But I think most of the bad reviews are due to it being a newer resort...they seem to be improving. I think it is likely the most reasonably priced for our guests which is important to me as I don't want to put them out any more to come to our wedding!

 

Keep me posted on what you choose and I will let you know how our site visits go! They are scheduled for weekend of June 20th...

Getting married here in May!

I'm thinking about switching to SilverSands for my wedding. I have seen some overviews of the resort and love the clean modern look but haven't seen many weddings there. Has anyone done their wedding there (or will be soon) - what is your experience?

I have heard this is an amazing resort! But not too sure about weddings though, sorry.
