My Check Card was Stolen

OK I'm freaking out. Someone stole my check card (Well I think I left it at an ATM) and our acct was promptly cleared out. I'm so pissed the bank is treating me like I stole my own $$$. It's ridiculous. I swear ever since the day my fi proposed I've been sooo stressed. It's just one thing after another. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH OK I just had to scream!!!!

That is beyond annoying. Good luck dealing with the bank and the police. The police should take a look at the video.

Tell them you want to file a Reg E claim-they should have a special department that does that and will pursue the fraud investigation. Good luck.

That's so horrible. I'm sorry. Banks are the worst to deal with when there are problems. Hope everything gets straightened up quickly.
