Tracey...you have so many good ideas that my FI is bugging me to get going to see our moms and I still haven't looked over everything! Looking forward to sitting down later tonight and taking it all in. :-)

We ordered the resealable badge holders from amazon Amazon.com: resealable badge holder
and I printed the wording myself (I attached the template in one of my posts) and then I ordered the whistle and arm band thingy from OTC.

OMG! I can't BELIEVE you got that many down there! we had 6 huge suitcases and transporting it all was the worst part! I seriously can't believe you had that many! I think my DH would have killed me if I had any more than we did! Good work girl!
