Dont' know if it varries by resort, but we're getting married at RPTB and our guests/ family will be the witnesses. I just sent the WC a quick email to verrify it. Maybe just email your WC so that you have it written in an email. I guess i'm paranoid about having "BOB from the tiki bar being a witness at the last minute because something got mixed up. lol So, i just emailed the WC.
