sounds like everything turned out beautifully!!! I am seriously considering this location for my wedding June 2010. I have a question, do you book your wedding package through the hotel itself? Does the coordinator work directly for the hotel or an outside company?

I'm planning to stay at the Barcelo Palace for my wedding too! We also want to have the dinner at the Palmeras grill. Can guests stay at other hotels in the Barcelo complex and still attend the wedding? Do they require a guest pass?

thanks for the review! your wedding came out beautiful..i am REALLy leaning towards this resort! Do you know if guests at my wedding would be able to stay at any of their hotels if i did my wedding at the palace ? (ex. colonial and not palace)
