Sorry I'm up at our lake and have to tether my phone to my laptop to get on the internet so I'm not on much.

 

Vanessa- We had an issue w/ the 2 canada boxes and the envelopes being damaged and were in customs for ever cause they were missing declaration papers. I don't have your tracking number w/ me, but the same thing happened to kylies and hers is saved on my comp and they finally got out of customs today so hopefully you will have them very soon!

First of all, I would like to thank Jacilynda, I know she put in a lot of work between all of you and our sales group in getting the logistics of all this down. Second, I want to thank all of you for your business. Third, I am delighted you all loved the scarves. We are a small family operation that values a happy customer, and we really try to sell quality stuff at the best value. Normally we are a wholesaler and deal with retailers only, but obviously none of my customers are on here servicing any of you and I know with times being the way they are, everyone is looking to cut costs and I am sure all of you are going for big expenses already with your big days so I am happy to help out.

 

I am sorry I didn't pop in here sooner, I had no idea this thread was going on, and being as I am still looking for my future bride, I don't spend a whole lot of time on bridal sites these days, lol! Oh,and ps, for the canadian customers who dealt with usps, in our experience shipping orders for about 9 years, we realized that shipping usps international is a real crap shoot. Generally UPS gets things through customs much quicker, it is rare for a ups package to get held up very long, where as a usps package can get held up for weeks. Just something to think about when ordering something time sensitive.
