•Higher quality Sparkling wine (Freixenet Cordon Negro)

 

•Live music during the wedding ceremony. Wedding March provided.

 

•Upgrade to Suite for the whole stay (subject to availability at check-in)

 

•Personal wedding coordinator services.

An unforgettable Dinner on your wedding day with a Tour to Cayo Blanco, a Virgin Island on the Northeast side of the Peninsula.

 

Our bride and groom together with all their family will enjoy,

 

•The magnificent SUNSET at Cayo Blanco (Island).

 

•Open bar on board and at Cayo Blanco (Island) (with soft drinks, Cuban cocktails, Rum and Beer during the whole night)

LOCATION OF THE WEDDING

 

Gazebo right in front of the ocean or free to guests election.

 

UPON ARRIVAL AT THE BARCELO MARINA PALACE

 

Couple should contact hotel wedding coordinator to organize details of their wedding. Clients should be in house for at least three days prior to wedding date.

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

 

The following is a list of necessary documentation required by law:

 

•Birth Certificate (bride and groom)

 

•Passports (bride, groom and witnesses)

 

A copy of the Birth certificates and passports of bride and groom should be sent to the hotel by fax or E-mail at least three weeks before the wedding for the legal arrangements. The guests must bring the originals with them.

 

•Tourist Visas (bride, groom and witnesses)

 

•Final Divorce Certificate or Death Certificate if applicable legalized and translated by the Cuban Consulate in the country of origin (this case has an additional cost of $ 100.00 CUC for the protocolization of these documents + stamps.)

 

•Cuban Marriage Certificate will be issued, approximately, in two months after the Ceremony.

 

•The Notary official schedule is: Monday to Friday, 9:00 hrs. Until 16:00 hrs.

 

•Should your clients desire to have their ceremony outside of this schedule they must inform the wedding coordinator. So that she can assess the feasibility with the Judges Chambers, and it will have an extra cost of $150.00 CUC.

 

•We will provide witnesses upon request if clients required it.
