You know I was in their website a few minutes ago and I was ticked about that same thing. I mean seriously! why show me an item and then they only have that in size 2. What the ?

I have also ordered a few things today, I will see how they look. I am going to Jamaica next month for a site visit (doing things backwards) I selected a resort and we are now going to see the place and I will be seeing my in laws for the first time so I need to look good.

Lisa - I agree completely with you BUT at least you can buy their clothes. I checked it out and it doesn't look like they ship their plus size clothing to canada - gimme a f'ing break!

oh so it's not just me then? i should write to them. also the navigation is stupid. i would like to be able to navigate ONLY within the faith 21 line (like be able to click on the "new" or "sale" categories without being bumped to forever 21 products, KWIM?).

so are your FI and his family from jamaica? it sounded like you would be meeting them there. i know what you mean about wanting to look good, but his family won't care what you look like as long as it's obvious you make their son happy.

It is so not just any of you. I had the same problem too!

 

On a different note... I have been fighting massive sinus issues as I am an allergy nightmare and living in a new area. Doctor put me on steroids for a month to shrink polyps and such... I griped about it because they make me hungry and I blow up retaining water. I ended up having surgery to remove them because the steriods did nothing. Turns out I am systemically resistant to steroids... awesome... so I blew up but got no benefit. So fun!

 

Ladies, I just ordered some Linen capris from Jessica London in a few colors. They are awesome. Back is elastic, front is button and drawstring. Very light and comfy but perfect for an evening look at the resort. I don't remember the price off hand right now but I want to say under $20 each.

ok so faith 21 tops get an A+ ... cute, cheap, and 1x fit me perfectly. as predicted, the pants just didn't fit AT ALL. and they were the biggest size available, which was a 2x (not a numbered size ... not sure if their other pants are sized the same way). the rest of you can't judge pants by me tho because i'm extremely bottom heavy (huge difference between my waist and hip measurements).

hey ladies....sitting here in tears, so I thought I'd write really quick and hopefully find some words of encouragement. FI and I went on a float trip last month with a bunch of friends. The pictures just got posted on facebook tonight and I wanted to PUKE. I don't even look like me anymore. I don't know where I lost track of watching my weight, but I've become a fricken balloon. Haven't stepped on the scale in months. I didn't even notice the weight gain until a couple of months ago when my own mother asked me if everything was okay with me.

It's so weird, when I got engaged to FI a year and a half ago, I was a curvy size 11/12, and still getting away with the sorority lifestyle of partying all the time and drinking my calories.....today I'm sitting here in size 20 pants while I write this and bawl my eyes out. I HAVE to get this weight off. I'm almost as big as I was at my highest weight when I was a sophomore in HS, and that was the point where I developed an extreme case of bulimia. Feel like I'm at my wits end. I was going to try the cheat your way thin diet, but had to go out of town on day 3, so that kind of killed it.

Sorry to just go off on here like this, but I think I'm about to lose it, and I had to get this written down and out of my head. I've never been a tiny girl by any means, but it's bad when I'm looking at myself and I don't recognize what I see. The camera doesn't lie. I'm going to get off of here though, and take a walk before bed.
