RSVP **tip**

Recommended Posts

Hi Ladies!

Just a little tip from my co-worker. When she was getting married her and her FI put numbers on the back of all RSVP cards and made up a spreadsheet in excel stating the names of everyone and what number was on the back of their RSVP.

A lot of times when receiving the RSVP's back, people will forget to write their names on the RSVP's. This way, you can look at the number on the back and see who it was from!

That's a great idea! when i sent out my pre-save the date postcards just to get a general # of guest that were thinking of coming to our wedding. i got about 3 blank postcards. 2 of them were postmarked from portland, so i knew who it came from cause i only sent those 2 to portland. the other one was sent back from my cousin, who later asked if i received hers. i told her no, then remembered i got a blank one, and asked if she wrote her name on it. which she didn't.. i'll have to do the # thing for the official RSVP..

thanks for the tip!!
