Not Having TTD Pics Done?

I am not doing a TTD. I love my wedding photographer. I am going with Del SoL. I think i will have enough photos that I want to frame from the wedding day, that I really wont know what to do with the TTD pictures. I intend to print out a few favs, blow them up and put them around the house, but I am not going to go wedding crazy.

 

If Del Sol Wanted to do a free TTD...would I love it? Yes ,but I can't really justify paying an addition 1,500 for photos at this moment. We just bought a house and with the wedding their are other things we could use it on.

 

I do intend on doing BD ,but thats more for me then him. I would say its a "us" thing. Something I want to have for when I am married and a mommy.

They're cool pictures but we hadn't planned for it. If it happens, meh... no biggie. I'm not going to get bent out of shape if we don't either. My dress was like $200 total so if it doesn't even come home with me, I don't care!

Hell yes, I am doing a TTD....but with my ACTUAL wedding gown? Not a chance.

 

I bought a $50 cheapie used wedding dress on eBay just for the photos, so instead of "I can have my cake, and eat it too", I SAY I can "Take my TTD pics, and keep my real dress, too!"

 

It IS possible to have the best of both worlds

We are (well, I am) more "fun" than "sexy," so in place of the TTD, we are going to do photos around Cabo.

 

My BD pics are going to take all of me because of that "fun" part of myself. I already know that some poses just aren't going to work personality wise.

This is what I am wanting to do and possibly some of us in the water too-directly after the ceremony. I don't want to have another day of getting ready for photos or the extra expense. I hope that 3 hours will be long enough to do the ceremony and this-it is just the two of us.

I, like you, am way more fun than sexy. I was trying to think of some other fun pics to do. Rolling around in the sand is just not us. Anyone else doing another TTD type session without jumping in the ocean

FI finally agreed yesterday to do a TTD! hooray! and i'm totally using my real dress. i don't plan on needing it ever again!

I love the idea, and I've seen some amazing TTD photos, but the water in San Diego in May is not nearly warm enough for me to get in!

We decided not to do TTD, it looks like fun but we are doing our photos with a photog the day before the wedding with our family so we can get some really nice family pics. Plus it costs more & as of right now, everything is paid for : )
