TA for Riviera Maya??

We are looking for a TA (maybe someone here on BDW??) that specializes in Riviera Maya? We booked our stay at Barcelo Maya Palace through the hotel itself from January 4-11. We were quoted $3,500 which we'll pay upon arrival. We both think that's a lot. Maybe a TA could help us out with a better deal and also arrangements for our guests? This is the complicated part. We both have hectic jobs that demand a lot of our time so to call around and get quotes from a million different people isn't something we have time for. So...anyone know someone? Maybe you're the person reading this, LOL. HELP!!

it is hard to tell the rate you got because we don't know the category, if it includes air, etc.

That is just the hotel...oceanview suite at the Palace for 7 nights...what link above? I don't see a link Sometimes the forum confuses me, lol.
