How many seasons of Biggest Loser does it take?

Hey Biggest Losers out there...

 

How many seasons of the Biggest Loser did you do to get to your target weight? I was thinking the amount of weight that I need to lose will not be healthy to lose within a 12 week period, so I will most likely need to sign up for a few more seasons.

 

Just wondering how long it took you hard workin ladies?

Hmmm, I think that would ultimately depend on how much weight you needed to lose! I want to lose approx 20-25lbs so I'm thinking 2-3 seasons? This is my first round though so I'm not entirely sure.
