Perhaps you could do most of the group and couple photos before the ceremony, then a few after. A 5pm start seems a little late. A 4:30pm start time might allow you more of a cushion. In Mexico in November the sun drops VERY fast. From the time the sun starts to set to the time it drops to the time of complete darkness is about 1 hour (and sometimes less).
