it's so sad ... i'm just glad he got to see the phils win another world series (and call the game!) before he died. and the man did what he loved up to the very end ... smoked and drank and called baseball games. you can't beat that.

 

we will have to raise a glass to harry at chickie's and pete's on saturday.

I agree 100%. Phillies games will not be the same without Harry calling the game.

I haven't been to a phillies game since I was a kid with my dad. I saw this today and it was so sad. Atleast he died doing what he loved. It's a sad day in philly and the baseball world.
