I love your dress!!! I had lace, too. The nice thing was that in the heat and humidity the lining softens up and hangs better than in a climate controlled dress shop.

Aww thanks girls ... I am so excited and actually got a bit teary myself (possibly from stress as well as emotions) when I was doing that fitting.

 

Becks - thanks for the heads up on the lace dress! The lining isn't that heavy, but it's nice to know it loosens up a bit regardless! The lace is "big" as it is, so it's just the lining that's tight on my body at the moment.

 

You guys really are the best - it's been wonderful having such great support/feedback/ideas throughout this whole planning ordeal.
