Welcome and Congratulations! I'm also getting married late this year (2nd weekend of November) and from what I can tell so far, it's better to plan earlier in the month and before December if possible because prices go up since it becomes peak season but if that part of the budget isn't a concern to you, then that's different. I was looking at Puerto Vallarta as well for a bit but ended up going with Los Cabos (Dreams) instead.
