Is Your Wedding Trip Also Your Honeymoon?

We are doing it all the same place. We are staying at the Iberostar Bavaro for 13 days, arriving on a Tuesday and the wedding is on the first Friday. Most of our guests will be gone by the following Tuesday, so we will have the last 5 days or so to ourselves.

We'll be staying in our destination for a couple of days after the wedding. Depending on how much flights cost, we may fly to another city in Australia before going elsewhere on our honeymoon. As Australia is literally the other side of the world from us we can go anywhere! I love to relax on the beach, but FI doesn't, so we're thinking of possibly combining a few days in Las Vegas with a week in Hawaii, Mexico or the Caribbean. Can't wait to start booking it!

My fiance are getting married in the Riviera Maya (staying for a week) and then going to Jamaica for our honeymoon. Our reasoning is that we have been to Mexico many times and feel comfortable there, which is ideal for our wedding. However we also want to experience something completely different so we are heading to Jamaica for a week! Plus the resort will be adults only which will also be nice for our honeymoon.

Again... us too, money is the biggest issue so were atying at the resort for 2 weeks, getting married in the 1st week. As said above hopefully we can celebrate our 1 year anniversary in style and have it as a kind of belated honeymoon 2 xox
