Jamaiaca Rum Cream!

My husband and I are not huge drinkers although since being in Jamaica we enjoy it alittle more now. One of the things we fell in love with is Rum cream. We make Pina Coladas and or and mixture of Pina Coloda and Strawberry Daquari like we had at SGOR. Well we were searching for somewhere to buy more and found this recipe instead. It is really great and thought I would share! It taste so much like it that you cannot tell the difference!

 

* 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk.

* 1 cup Dark Rum.

* 1 Cup Heavy Cream (or Half & Half)

* 2 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup.

* 4 Tsp instant coffee (or Fresh Brewed)

* ½ tsp ground cinnamon.

* ½ tsp vanilla extract.

* ¼ tsp coconut extract.

 

 

Directions

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender and whirl at high speed for a few

minutes until blended and smooth.

Serve over ice immediately or store in tightly covered container in refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Stir before serving...Yum! :)

I wish I had packing to do! I think at this point last year I had made and remade packing lists 20 times already..lol Are you getting super excited? Have you been to Jamaica before?
