After staring at those pictures for endless hours I decided I really did love the Casablanca, but I didnt love how I looked in it. I felt frumpy. So today I was heading out to a bridal store that is about 45 minutes away to try on the Maggie Sottero Rasharna dress, and figured Id try additional dresses on to since I was there.

The Maggie dress was way to poofy for me, so I grabbed a few and started trying them on. I was glad to be by myself so I could really just focus on my opinion. The third dress in was it. I saw myself and said, this looks familar. Its the same, well if not the same, very similar lace and beadwork as the Casablanca one I tried on last weekend. And this was a Casablanca. It even had the polka dots in the lace which I LOVED. The saleswoman said they just got this in, its in the Spring 2009 line. I loved everything about it. The fit was perfect, the see through lace on the back was sexy, and even the straps gave it that quirk I was looking for. I didnt even want to try on any other dress! I said this is it. This is sooo it. So she measured me up, and than the other saleswoman said this is a great fit. We can sell you that one, and you wont have to put as much down, we can just do a layaway plan. They reassured me it just came in last week and probably 1 person has tried it on since it was put on the floor 2 days ago. I inspected it and it looked great to me, so I said Im in!

You know how I know I love it? I look at those pictures and think...hmmm not right where I want to be. With some toning and a few alterations it will look much better. But even with thinking that I STILL LOVE it!!!!!

I hope I didnt jump the gun with an impluse buy like that. Especially since its final sale. It just felt right. And the price was right in my range. I figured since I probably wont find it on sale since it just came out its all good. She quoted alterations at $100 max, but closer to around $50/$60.
