Need help choosing a photographer!!!!

Destination weddings are something that most pro photographers would jump at the change to be creative in a new loaction. If you have a local or even favorite photographer that you stock their blog that really makes you sigh when you view their images... call them... email them... even if they do not advertise about destination weddings. it is worth a try . Most wedding photographers in colder climates would give you a great deal on photography just to get out of the cold.

I loved Elizabeth medina's work too, but she was absolutely out of my budget. Ended up with someone from where I live, that had a very similar style (my photos in my bio)

 

But... go with the person who's work speaks to you. I felt very strongly when I saw my photographers photos - the style, colour and emotion. Sometimes paying a few hundred more is worth something that is totally you.
