Need help choosing a photographer!!!!

These are the photographers that have made it to the top of my list:

 

Claudia Rodriguez or someone from her team

Moments that Matter

Cancun Wedding Photography

Cecilia Dumas

 

I really love Elizabeth Medina's work but she's way out of my price range

 

So all of the above photographers are available for my wedding, have good packages and do great work. How can I choose

 

Any input from past and upcoming brides, especially if you have worked with any of them, would be so helpful! Thanks!

OOO, tough choice. Since you like all of their work, why don't you make a spread sheet. In that sheet list out each photographer, how many hours their package offers, how many prints you get, how much you have to pay for the full resolution disc, how much a TTD session would cost, any expenses... things like that.

Perhaps that will help make one stand out more?

I agree w/ trish. Put it out on paper to see. A spreadsheet is really great cause you can see different catergories, who has the best of everything, etc.

You've already gotten great advice. I would add to find out who you'd get from claudia's team. their work is not all the same & you might like someone's pictures over another.

ask to see entire weddings if there are not already some on their site

I was torn between Citalli from Claudia Rodriquez team and Cecilia Dumas. I emailed brides on this forum and asked them to see their pictures. FI and I compared them and decided to go with Citalli, even though Cecilia is cheaper.

I am also currently on the hunt for a photographer. I really like Moments that Matter the most so far. They do a great job for the price and I have heard only positive remarks. My wedding coordinator works with a photographer but I am not that excited about his work so I am looking elsewhere.

 

I do not know if you have sent a PM to Simistar but she had a very negative experience with Micheal Maunis at Cancun Wedding photography. After reading her post I would NEVER use them! Why chance your wedding day being ruined by a jerk!

 

Also, if your budget allows De lSol Photography is amazing. They are too expensive for us but I would definately use them if I could.
