In some places in NC there are fees but not that you cant!

Just for clarification - it's not all SC beaches - just Isle of Palms. Althought I went to a wedding at IOP on Sunday and they did about 5 min of photos on the beach... literally ran on and ran off--- it's a $5000 fine if you get caught, ridiculous!!!
