dancing at restaurant or disco?

Recommended Posts

i have something im trying to figure out. since most resorts only give you the restaurant for your reception for approx 3hours, what are you planning to do for the dancing part of the evening?? are you paying extra to have the dancing in the restaurant or are you just taking the group to the disco after dinnner to party?? im confused as to how this all works?

I'm planning my wedding at the Riu Palace Riviera Maya and I think they also cut your reception off after three hours...I'm planning on just paying extra to keep it going for longer. That way I don't have to worry about people leaving in between switching from one location to another...I like just keeping everything in one place!

I think everyone has a different idea as to how they want that part of the wedding celebration to work. Some people want it very traditional and organized where others like myself are just going with the flow. I'll figure it out when the time comes!!!

Obviously not all brides would be comfortable with that attitude!!! There are no wrong answers with a DW IMO. You can do whatever you like!
