Hi Bee,

 

Thanks for answering my questions about Elke. It is good to know that she can do other scripts. The one the hotel sent would literally take 2 minutes to go through and it had zero personality.

 

Regarding your review, the website is trying to switch to a more wiki based style, so they want everyone to post their reviews on the wiki pages for the hotels.

I had always wanted to have my reception outside at the SSG deck. The inside would have been my second option in case it was raining on my wedding day!

SSG Deck is gorgeous, but I want air conditioning so i'm inside. Gosh, its exciting as time is passing by faster.

Thanks Dcairns, but I'm going to stick with Elke. I am not religious at all and would have a hard time with a Pastor doing the ceremony.

I'm totally new at this!  I've actually just discovered this site today... Our wedding date is October 1, 2011.  (~I'm a Gemini and like to plan ahead!)   Thank you all so much for posting your tips here.  It has already helped me tremendously!  Cheers.

your welcome, but what I meant, would you like me to send the vows he sent to me. To give you an idea. My FI is non religious and he changed things here and there.  Who knows, and you could get Elke to read them. .. Let me know.

Was the rental of the Sea Side Grill Deck still $1260 ($1,000 + 26%)?  I want my reception on the deck as well.  I just love how that looks. The inside is also my back up plan for the weather.
