A few questions... Was there a lot of extra fees that you were hit with once you got there? Did you have the ultimate package? Did you have to pay a rental fee in addition to the package fed for the various locations you used?

@@Mandiesue no there were not a lot of hidden fees when I got there whatever Yanna quoted me through email was the same when I got there. I had the ultimate package and it is worth for the extras you receive. For the ballroom there was a 300 rental fee which is the same for the restaurants but they discounted it so I only paid 200. The pier and garden gazebo there was no fee.

@@Mandiesue one thing I didn't realize is that it will cost at least $100 for an officent if you aren't bringing your own or getting a priest

@@Mandiesue no, just symbolic. Will get legally married right before we leave in secret

@@Mandiesue the draping was an extra 160, not included in the package. The draping plus flowers is 400 extra.

@@Nursejazz were the preferred areas nicer ... Such as the beach, loungers, lounge club... Did u utilize anything that made the preferred club worth the money?

Preferred club is way nicer. Private pool and bar is the best advantage because it's easier for the large group to have a central spot where everyone could get chairs. Also private beach for the same reason. Also easier to communicate with people bc everyone has the free wifi. If not, idk that everyone would spend $7 a day.

Anyone planning or has had their wedding in DR there who can advise how gift bags or centerpieces were taken? Trying to avoid the crazy shipping charges. Have in mind my fiancee and I will be traveling their ahead of time then anyone else.
