I really want to do the welcome hour so I will have to pay for that...but I will choose the cheapest option for food and drink...for the reception ill probably do a buffet since I know my friends and family really like to have options or Ill do the gold menu...

 

I think Pirosca deals mostly with the paperwork and gathering all of the info and booking the weddings, processing payments...etc etc.

LOL 60 ppl have confirmed already? How many did you invite?

We invited 80 lol but they can't start booking until October ten the real numbers come in lol

Holy Crap.... thats a lot of people. We sent out 35 invitations knowing that we would have somewhere between 25-30 people, and that total scares us. That many people could end up costing you a fortune.

We made the decision not to do the save-the-dates or OOT Bags and I am so thankful we did. It has already saved us hundreds of dollars.
