I really advise against that Amanda! LOL we're trying to do this healthy like. If I only drank water and ate chicken I'd gain it all back after reaching my goal

 

I'm just sooo happy that I was only up .8lbs this morning! I was so sick i didn't eat for 3 days before weigh in last week so I knew I was going to gain this week. But i have girls night tonight and drinks, so.... I'm just gonna have to work out tonight I think! I've been eating really low cal meals all day to give me some room for tonight, we will see if it helps!

I had a pretty good day today ladies. (I figure we need some good inspiration too lol). I was attempting to eat only raw foods for 3 days and then add back in healthy foods. Well, even though that didn't work (I was so hungry) I ate fruits, veggies and a turkey burger as well as egg whites. A great day for me!
