Thanks to you!!! I had never heard of SHD until you did it. Even though i quit a couple days early it was still such a success! I do feel so good. I'm so happy to jump in bikini this weekend!

 

Whew I was hoping when I didn't see MarieSam she wouldn't be DQ'd!!! She's enjoying her amazing weddingmoon!

 

Ok ladies LAST WEEK!!!! I know its easy to lose touch during 12 weeks, but its the last week and lets get excited and act like its the first week!!!!

Yes!! It is such a hard time to have the last week!!!! I mean this weekend is like BBQ after BBQ after treats. It is going to be tough to be good this week to pull off good numbers for the last weigh in! I am going to have to be super active all weekend to offset the naughty things

I know! I'm so happy we're going to the lake where i have 210 things i can do to stay really active!

Well technically she never let me know ahead of time that she'd be missing 2 weeks. But she emailed me Wed. to let me know that's why she wasn't weighing in. I couldn't DQ a girl on her honeymoon! lol

So girls how did we do over the weekend?

 

I had a great time eating BBQ chix, burgers & brats and sucking down pinas! I worked really hard to stay active and only managed to gain 2lbs between Thurs and Sat. Then yesterday I started kinda my own version of SHD. I've been eating the soup and fruits and veggies all day. Not really following the plan I'll throw in some bread and veggie chix patties every other day. I lost 3lbs since Saturday.

 

Its the last couple days!
