I'm sorry I missed weigh in this week ladies! Our list is getting shorter and shorter every week!

 

There's something wrong with my scale again, I'm going to try replacing the battery, but we just replaced it about a month ago, so I don't think it can be dead again, I'm ready to go buy another one, but this one was expensive!

 

Either way, I'll either have this one fixed or a new one by next weigh in.

 

I went to the gym tonight, have been slacking on that lately, but it felt good to workout! I think I'll go and do step again in the morning so I don't find an excuse at night not to go

Ive done SOOOOOOOOOO good and I hope after this I will continue to shed the way I have been able to lately! Its all about what you eat and staying active. Keeping your mind on the goal and not stress will shed the pounds off. I have learned how to keep in my "weight loss" zone to maximize shedding the inches/pounds.

I did really well this week w/ the SHD, even though Joe and I quit it early we've been working really hard together which has been nice and successful
