I felt like I did ok eating wise but not the best...yesterday was disastorous...I had a big mac meal, ugh!! I was disgusted with myself this morning and worked out big time today and ate really well. I kind of feel like I'm just going to come out even. Today I have sat down 2 times for 30 minutes. I've been cleaning like CRAZY!!! Moving all kinds of stuff. I Had my anniversary LOTS of sushi and a ginormous piece of carrot cake, along with beers and a bottle of sake(of course:)) Then today we had my Fi nephews Baptism and my cousins sons birthday party of course with cake at both and some weird urge came over me to eat everything in sight(hormons suck).
