Question: Do I need to take a picture of myself every week, or is it just the before and After photos?

 

Also, what do I need to wear in the photos (a bathing suit, Ack?!!!)?

You don't actually HAVE to take a picture of your whole body. Some of us do just for motivation and then in the end to see how much we've accomplished. As far as BL6 you only need to send in a pic of you standing on the scale, and take a pic of what the scale says so Ann can see your actual weight. You send in a pic of you on the scale each week.

Thank you for trying to help me out, but.... I looked through the majority of the BL post and I can see everyone's banners but I don't see any codes for them. I have searched BDW for "biggest loser banners" and come up with nothing. Am I misunderstanding or looking in the wrong spot?

Maybe we can put the banners in the 1st post so they're easy to find. They're in this thread somewhere - I will see if I can find them.

 

I suggest everyone take a glance at the rules, especially the newer girls. It should explain everything in there, and if it doesn't please let me know and I can update them so that they're more clear!
