Custom Linen Suits $99!

Hi Ladies

 

Just wanted to give you some feedback to think about when ordering.

 

My FI's suit was pretty much perfect for him! I did the measurements myself. I added some here and there - just use your common sense when ordering.

 

The best mans suit is apparently big on him (I think its fine...the waist might be a little too big).

 

Groomsman # 1 - had big issues with the pants - they literally looked like balloon pants from way back when....nothing that our family friend/seamstress can't fix, but its a hassle for him. ** He got his measurements done at a suit store...go figure they would mess up the measurements. LOL Vest is a little snug, but our seamstress is just going to shuffle the buttons around a little.

 

Groomsman # 2 - lives out of province and won't be home until 4 days before we leave...Fingers crossed his suit fits him!!! AHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Although, I did his measurements so I'm sure they are fine lol

 

We ordered my FI's suit and groomsmens months apart and the fabric matches great! No problems there.

 

Overall, FI and I are super happy with the suits (although the boys are giving us grief because they need to be hemmed...GEEZ).

 

Definitely recommend ordering through them - can't beat the price!

I'm so glad to hear this. Thank you! I'm so nervous bc our groomsmen don't live near us so I can't do their measurements, but I'm just going to stay positive that it will all work out.

I ordered a Waist Coat and Trouser Set (Vest and Pants) in Tropical White Cotton Linen from Studio Suits for FI. After I placed the order, FI instead wanted to go with his initial color of Tropical Beige Cotton Linen. I just want to share a quick review for anyone considering ordering but is nervous (bc I was nervous!) We ordered my FI's suit about a week and a half ago and my fiancé absolutely loves it!! I'm so excited (and relieved!) We ordered the custom sizing. We followed the measurement guide on the website and I measured him myself. I also used tips from this thread to know where to add inches to my measurements bc everyone said they run rather small even when you measure appropriately. The only place that is actually a tad big is the waist but its definitely not overly big. He will wear a belt and be fine! We also really love the color (we went with the glen check grey). My MIL (whose grandmother was a legit Italian seamstress) even said it was very high quality with great detailing and stitching. We were all impressed. My FI wants to buy more suits from them for work! Haha. I'm just so excited and like I said, relieved bc it's such a tough thing to custom order over the Internet!! You just never know... Good luck with yours!!

wow! that looks so great and i'm happy to hear that your FI loved it!  we are still deciding which color to get but glad to see so many great reviews (along with some awesome tips)!
