Custom Linen Suits $99!

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone,

just wanted to share my experience.... it was awesome! we ordered 3 full suits, one in the light gray for my FI, one black for my dad and one dark gray. We also ordered gray pants and vests for the groomsmen. Let me tell you that if your worried about sizing and quality there is nothing to worry about! we are so happy with them and they all fit perfectly. They shipped in 2 weeks to Toronto and only minimal tax. They are all fully lined.

Here are some phone pics, sorry about the lighting, I shall post more from the wedding when it happens!

First post here.

I'm glad that I ran across this thread.  I'll be taking measurements tonight and hopefully ordering over the weekend.

I'll have to comment on my order that my thighs are a little bigger and to make them a little baggy... anyone run across this?

I'll be ordering the white linen w/vest and satin liner.

Just to recap the material swatches:

I spoke with a tailor who will be doing any resizing on the suit... he said to just get the already pre made suit and that they will tailor fit it exactly to my measurements.  I am ordering the 44L and will have them custom tailor it.

Now one question: her dress is ivory and I was wanting to get the white linen suit... how will that look side by side?

Thanks.

Ohh be careful with that! My friends did that and in certain light her dress looked yellow compared to him.

Ok ladies, first off thanks for all the pictures and reviews!!  I think we're definitely going to get a suit.  First, I was wondering how many brides did just the Suit Jacket/Pants & Shirt?  No tie or vest?  I was trying to go for a "casual, beachy" look.  Second, do any ladies by chance have the swatches for the Pure Linen that they don't need anymore?  I'd be happy to buy them off you!!  Thanks in advance!

I just ordered my swatches before the holiday and they've already switched. These suits are so reasonable, we're considering the Irish Linen as well. I think we'll be skipping the vest. I have a question for those of you who went with the gray tones, do you feel that these suits would be appropriate in a work setting or purely beach chic? I'd love for his suit to be functional enough to serve a purpose outside of the wedding...unlike my dress lol

theyre totally appropriate for work, the linen is not your typical old navy linen, it looks dressy. you can tell in my pics above :)

Thats why i was wondering, in your pics they look super nice. I though maybe in person it was more "beach" specific looking, but that's so great to know!
