Hi! Thanks for answering all those questions! I had all the same ones. I do have an additional question, though, when you say they provide the ceremony music....what music is it? Do we select the music or do they have a standard they play and is it instrumental or a cd type? Thank you!

Hi! I am getting married March 2012 at Excellence! Does anyone have any recent pictures of their wedding? I want to see a typical ceremony setup and reception setup on the beach. All the pictures I have seen are before they built the new arbor.

 

Also, we are going to have a decent size wedding party (8 bridesmaids, 3 groomsmen) and I was wondering if anyone knows if there is plenty of space for them to stand up there with us and if the WC schedules a time to do a rehearsal. I have seen things about a rehearsal dinner, but nothing about and actual rehearsal happening.

Hello All!  I've been reading these blogs for the last eight months and they have been invaluable! I was a nervous wreck before all the wonderful brides posted their experiences so THANK YOU!!!! I'm scheduled to be married there September 2, 2012 which is right around the corner. I am too wondering if there are any more recent reviews of brides who have had 2012 weddings at EPC. I was happy to see that my WC Griselda was finally mentioned as I wasnt sure how much I could depend on the reviews if the weddings were managed by someone else. Overall I'm excited, but i get the nagging feeling I'm missing out on something important! I do wonder how many people used credit cards to pay for the wedding charges and if you were charged an international trans fee for doing so.

I'm happy to report that we have finally decided to have the ceremony at EPC on June 1, 2013 as our first chose given their availability. I've emailed the resort for availability and can't wait to get a reply! In the event that our first choice isn't available we chose two others as back-ups: Iberostar Bavaro & Riu Palace.
