I was married at The Excellence Punta Cana on Aug 1, 2009!1 It was a total dream! Everything was wonderful!!! So was Mercy!

My question would be about the quality of the cake and flowers? did you like what you got compared to what you thought you'd get when you were picking it out with Mercy?

What about the dinner at the reception? How was the quality of the food and decorations?

Did you end up doing the Mariachi band?

I have a question about how you set up the canopy that you stand under for the ceremony. It looks like you had pink/orange sheers or something on the top. Did you bring the fabric with you? I was thinking of doing the same thing. I like how it brings in your colors.

hey girls

 

so i am getting super frustrated because I have emailed Mercy twice in the last 3 weeks with NO response. At first, I had Ana as my coordinator and she was great at answering questions and getting back to me asap. I was very excited cuz I had heard horror stories of other brides at other resorts never getting in touch with their coordinator. And I was pumped that this was not my case. Then I stopped hearing from Ana without any word and found out from this forum that maybe my wedding was now being handled by Mercy. I then emailed Mercy who again was great for the first 2 weeks and now no response. Sorry to vent, is anyone else having this problem??

 

Any advice? I wanted to know how much for each additional person after the included 20 in the packages and what does it include (cocktail hour, food at reception, cake ect.) Also if I could extend the reception til 11pm, how much it costs and if they even allow it. NO response. So if anyone knows the answers or how I can get Mercys attention. Please let me know
